Assisted Living Administrator (CRCF)
Heath Springs Residential Care Center is a 64-bed assisted living community dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care to our residents. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our team, uphold our high standards of care, and drive the continued growth of our community.
Position overview:
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility, including regulatory compliance, staff leadership, financial performance, and census development. This individual will serve as the face of the community, building relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the broader healthcare community.
Key responsibilities
-Oversee all day-to-day operations of a 64-bed residential care facility
-Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments
-Drive census growth through active relationship-building with referral sources, hospitals, and discharge planners
-Ensure full compliance with SC DHEC regulations and all applicable state and federal guidelines
-Manage facility budget, staffing, and financial reporting
-Foster a culture of dignity, respect, and quality care for all residents
-Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and community partners
-Collaborate with ownership and corporate leadership on strategic goals and initiatives
Requirements
-Active South Carolina Residential Care Facility Administrator License (required)
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in assisted living -or residential care
-Demonstrated success in census development and referral source relationship management
-Strong knowledge of SC DHEC regulations and compliance standards
-Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills
-Financial acumen with experience managing facility budgets
