Executive Director of Assisted Living
We are looking for a licensed director to provide oversight of a 60-bed facility. We have in place a several 15 plus year employees who will be able to help the new administrator adjust to the position with confidence. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in various departments when needed. Shepherd’s Care has a great reputation in the upstate for treating our residents with honor and respect. We have created an environment that reflects the values and morals that our seniors grew up with. Shepherd’s Care is a faith-based community. We want the next administrator to be committed to our facility but also prioritize their family. If you have been in the assisted living field for 6 months, or 25 years, you know there will be unexpected issues at any time. Someone who can remain calm and levelheaded during these moments will certainly have the support of the staff.
