Executive Director – Spring Oak Lexington
The opportunity:
Spring Oak Senior Living is actively seeking a driven and experienced professional to join our staff as our new Executive Director in our Lexington location. In this role, the Executive Director will interpret, communicate, and ensure the implementation of the organization’s values and cultures. This position will serve a key position in the company and will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.

Location: Lexington, SC
Pay: $100,000 + Quarterly Bonuses / Bi-Weekly Pay cycle

General Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and conduct written, verbal, and electronic communication on behalf of the executive team.
- Assist with project management pertaining to administrative responsibilities.
- Manage and coordinate scheduling on behalf of the executive team.
- Manage all filing, data entry, and document organization on behalf of the executive team. This includes administrative clerical tasks.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Review and summarize documents, contracts, and communications.
- Manage purchasing and travel booking on behalf of the executive team.
- Utilize office software including Microsoft Suite, DocuSign, Adobe, Canva and other online platforms.
- Assist with graphic design, presentations, and social media management.
Job Requirements include and are not limited to:
- Must possess a valid Assisted Living Administrator License
- Two or more years supervisory experience working in Assisted Living or other related healthcare facility.
- Must be knowledgeable of all facility maintenance codes, regulations and requirements including Department of Health and Human Services.
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with elder care issues, the residents, their families and the staff.
