Specific Topics of Interest
Speaker Requirements
- Work closely with the SCALA Conference Committee and Executive Director, meeting all established deadlines.
- Obtain prior approval from SCALA before making substantial changes to content, format, A/V needs, room setup, or presenter lineup.
- Provide a high-quality PowerPoint presentation in electronic format by the assigned deadline, and supply SCALA with a copy.
- Grant SCALA permission to audio and/or video record your session, and allow event photography for use on the SCALA website, newsletter, and marketing materials.
- Represent SCALA with positive or neutral comments from the platform, respecting the organization as the sponsoring association.
- Ensure all session content is educational in nature. Presentations may not serve as sales pitches or product promotions. Sessions must provide genuine learning value to attendees independent of any commercial interest.
