Most assisted living communities in South Carolina buy independently, which means reaching administrators one at a time. SCALA puts you in front of them together: the owners, corporate directors and administrators who sign the contracts, through the association they have relied on since 1967.

How to reserve your spot
Send the order form
Fill out the 2027 order form (PDF, opens in a new tab) and email it to scala@scassistedliving.org.
We confirm availability
Your spot is held once SCALA confirms it in writing. Nothing is charged before then.
Pay your invoice
You’ll receive a QuickBooks payment link. Payment is due within 30 days and before anything runs.
Send your artwork
Artwork is due 15 business days before it runs. Homepage logos and guide pages are due December 15.
The short version of the terms
- SCALA approves all copy, artwork, speakers and topics, and marks paid content as sponsored.
- We cannot promise attendance, clicks, leads or that a competitor stays out.
- Email lists are never handed over, and contact details are shared only for people who agree to it.
- Rescheduling needs 30 days’ notice and an open date.
- Cancellations are not refunded.
- Partnerships run January 1 to December 31, 2027.
