Members
$95 each additional attendee from the same member company
Non-members
$170 each additional attendee from the same company
After November 25: add a $25 late registration fee. Registrations will not be accepted after December 3.

Vendor expo and sponsorships
Meet about 75 long-term care professionals from assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare organizations, including administrators, nurse managers, department heads, owners, operators, regional directors, and other senior decision-makers. Space is limited to 15 exhibit tables.

- A 6-foot skirted exhibit table and a listing in the program

Bronze
- Trade show booth in a good location (2 representatives)

Additional booth representatives are $70 each, with a maximum of 2 extra and no more than 4 per table.
Exhibitor information
Booth assignments and payment
Assignments are based on sponsorship level, membership duration, and the date registration and payment are received. Only sponsors may select their booth space. Reservations are accepted and confirmed only upon payment.
Holiday booth decor
Decorate your exhibit in a winter, holiday, or Christmas theme to help create a festive atmosphere.
Door prizes
Exhibitors are encouraged to bring a door prize for a drawing at the end of the expo. It’s a chance to connect with attendees and highlight your company.
Attendee contact lists
An attendee list will be included in your registration packet on December 8. Only sponsors receive the list in advance. A final Excel file will be distributed after the expo.
Exhibitor access
Non-exhibiting vendors are not permitted in the expo area. Sharing exhibit space is prohibited.
Reserve your table
Choose your sponsorship package or table-only option, add your booth representatives, and pay online. Only 15 tables are available, and reservations are confirmed upon payment.

2027 membership reminder
2027 dues are due December 31. Submit your membership application or request an invoice if needed. Dues must be paid to run for the Board of Directors.
