Note on bed-based pricing: Provider and Corporate dues are calculated on the number of DPH-licensed beds at the time of renewal. Facilities with 20 beds or fewer pay a flat fee of $450/year; facilities with 21 or more beds are charged $23 per bed. Corporate pricing requires a combined total of 150 or more licensed beds across all South Carolina facilities.
